.A Presentation by Andrew Henderson and Pamela Daneile
Summary:
A look into the need for local DRS’ to obtain and issue employment related information on parties in support matters, what documents are used, and why this information is relevant for court purposes.
Andrew Henderson
Andrew Henderson began his child support career in May of 2010 in the Montgomery County DRS as an Intergovernmental Coordinator responsible for working with colleagues in other states for the establishment of paternity and child support obligations and the enforcement and modification of child support obligations. From 2013 – 2017, he held several positions within the office such as Attorney Liaison, Assistant Case Management Supervisor, Case Management Supervisor, and PACSES Coordinator. He was promoted to Assistant Director and PACSES Administrator & Training Coordinator in 2018; tasked with administrative responsibilities for the office, as well as, development and design of curriculum and preparation of training materials, publications, and brochures. In October 2019, he became the Assistant Director and Compliance Manager responsible for child support collections through administrative and judicial remedies. In January 2020, he was appointed to his current position as the Deputy Director. Andrew is active on several statewide workgroups and has worked on many statewide initiatives. Andrew obtained a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.P.S., Homeland Security, from Penn State University, State College, PA.
Pamela Daniele
Pamela Daniele started her career with Montgomery County Domestic Relations in June of 2011 as an Early Intervention Specialist within the Compliance Unit. From 2012-2014, Pamela held the position of Intake Coordinator within the Intake Unit. In 2014, she was promoted to Intake Officer where she upheld the responsibilities of an Intake Officer in addition to acting as an internal county lead for eService system functionality and progression towards open systems. Then, in 2015, she was promoted to Intake Supervisor where she led the internal eServices filing initiatives. In September of 2021, Pamela was promoted to her current position as Operations Manager – Training and PACSES Coordinator. Pamela obtained a dual B.A in International Relations and Political Science from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA.
We will be using a ZOOM Platform for their presentation, as we get closer to the meeting date we will provide invites/links to attend the meeting virtually

The upcoming November meeting we will hold the elections for the Board positions of:
President, Secretary and Treasurer
Anyone interested for running of office or would like to nominate anyone please contact one of the board members!!
We are looking for members to invest in the Chapter with their ideas. Board Members meet about four times a year to discuss the direction of the chapter. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to participate and offer suggestions on improving the chapter. Below are the Descriptions for the two current openings.
