SEPA Presents:
Situational Leadership
Presented by Dr. Larry Cozzens from Villanova University. This interactive session will cover the fundamental underpinning of the situational leadership theory that there is no single "best" style of leadership. Effective leadership is task-relevant, and the most successful leaders are those who adapt their leadership style to the maturity of the individual or group they are attempting to lead or influence. Effective leadership varies, not only with the person or group that is being influenced, but it also depends on the task, job or function that needs to be accomplished. Participants will be able to apply the concepts in both their work and personal lives.
Dinner will be served buffet style and will include a garden salad, Italian Hoagies, Pasta Station, Chinatown Vegetarian Stir-fry, dessert and coffee. If you have special dietary needs, please contact Kelly Jo at vicepresident@sepaapa.org.
Please remember that if your membership is due for renewal, you must first renew your membership online before you will be able to register at the member rate. Membership renewal is located in the Membership section of the SEPA website.
Registration for this event will close as of May 16, 2016 or earlier if registration reaches room capacity. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a seat and will only be allowed into the event at the chapter's discretion based on available accommodations.
