SEPA Presents:
Unclaimed Property Reporting:
What you need to know!
Presented by: Scott Regan and Jonathan Dorby.
What is unclaimed property? Does your company have checks that have not been cashed? Do you know what to do with them? What are some of the unclaimed property myths? Why should you be concerned about compliance? Where do you need to report? What are your essential responsibilities? How do you become compliant?
Join us as experts from Keane Unclaimed Property answer these and many other questions.
Scott Regan is Senior Vice President at Keane responsible for client satisfaction for all of Keane’s escheat compliance and consulting services. Over Scott’s 8 years at Keane he has developed, tailored, and implement unclaimed compliance programs at hundreds of companies.
Jonathan Dobry serves as a Consultant in the Keane Consulting and Advisory Services Group. Jonathan brings a unique background to clients having served as an unclaimed property coordinator where he was responsible for performing analysis of unclaimed property liabilities and preparing the various state unclaimed property reports. Jonathan assists senior project leaders and works closely with clients to identify potential unclaimed property liabilities, to perform unclaimed property risk assessments, and to provide audit and voluntary disclosure assistance.
